What concrete services do you offer?

We handle all types of residential concrete work across southeastern North Carolina. That includes concrete driveways, patios, foundations and footings, garage slabs, retaining walls, stamped and decorative concrete, sidewalks, walkways, pool decks, curbing, equipment pads, and concrete repair and replacement. Whether it's a new pour or tearing out a failed slab and starting fresh, we do it all in-house — no subcontractors.

How do I know if my concrete needs to be replaced or just repaired?

It depends on the type and severity of the damage. Hairline surface cracks and minor cosmetic issues can often be repaired without a full replacement. But if the slab has settled unevenly, large sections have shifted or separated, drainage is pooling against your foundation, or the cracking is structural — meaning cracks run through the full depth of the concrete rather than just the surface — a full replacement is usually the more cost-effective long-term solution. We assess the full scope during our free on-site estimate and give you an honest recommendation on whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your specific situation.

What does a concrete project cost, and what's included in your estimate?

Cost depends on the size of the project, the type of concrete work, the finish you choose, site conditions, and whether there's an existing surface that needs to be demolished and removed. We provide free, detailed, written estimates that break down every component — excavation, sub-base compaction, forming, steel reinforcement, the pour, finishing, sealing, and any demolition or grading work required. No hidden fees, no vague line items. You'll know exactly what the project involves and what each part costs before you commit to anything.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Bullet Concrete Construction is fully licensed and insured to perform residential concrete work in North Carolina. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job site, which protects both our crew and your property. We're happy to provide proof of insurance and licensing before any project begins — and we recommend that homeowners ask any contractor for this documentation before hiring them.

How long does a concrete project take from start to finish?

Most residential concrete projects — driveways, patios, garage slabs — are completed in one to three days on site, depending on the size and complexity. Larger projects like foundations, long driveways, or retaining walls may take three to five days. After the pour, concrete needs 24 to 48 hours before light foot traffic and seven days before vehicle traffic. Full cure takes 28 days, though the slab is functional well before that. We schedule new projects within one to two weeks of the estimate approval and give you an exact start date upfront so you can plan accordingly.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners across three counties in southeastern North Carolina — New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender. Our regular service area includes Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Leland, Hampstead, Rocky Point, Castle Hayne, Southport, and Winnabow — along with the surrounding communities in between.
